Today, 15 September 2024, Mr. Paitoon Kaengkanchang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of National Water Resources (ONWR), revealed that ONWR and related agencies have opened a temporary water management center in the flood-prone area of the Central Region, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, to prepare for the prevention and resolution of flooding in the Chao Phraya, Pa Sak, Sakae Krang, and Tha Chin river basins, as well as to monitor the movement of water flowing into the Central Region, including warning the public in the event of an emergency.
